请阅读本条款，并在应用内主动勾选同意后继续需要授权的操作。法定消费者权利不受本条款限制。
1. 服务
phoread 由上海凌戈曼跃科技有限公司运营，提供英文阅读、注音、词义、生词本、复习、导入、导出、分享和可选账号同步功能。机器翻译、词典、OCR 和语音结果仅供学习参考，可能存在错误。
2. 你的账号与内容
手机号、邮箱、Apple 或微信账号登录及云端同步属于可选功能。申请注销后，账号进入 15 天恢复期；期满后账号及关联身份、同步数据和凭据会被永久删除。注销账号不替代应用商店中的订阅取消操作。
你应保护账号与设备安全，并确保有权导入、阅读、处理和分享相关内容。不得利用 phoread 侵犯他人权利、传播违法内容、攻击服务或从事违反适用法律的活动。你可以在 App 内导出账号数据并申请删除账号。
3. Pro 会员与应用内购买
- 商品、当地价格、优惠、试用和续费周期，以购买时 iOS/iPadOS 的 Apple App Store、Android 的 Google Play 或 HarmonyOS NEXT 的华为 AppGallery 展示的信息为准。
- 自动续订会员会按商店显示的周期自动续费，除非你在当前周期结束前通过购买所用商店取消。
- 恢复购买、管理或取消订阅和退款，由购买所用 Apple ID、Google 账号或华为账号及相应商店规则处理。
- 删除 App 或 phoread 账号不会自动取消商店订阅。
4. 第三方服务与可用性
部分功能依赖应用商店、身份提供方、翻译、目标网页、模型下载或邮件服务。我们会尽力维持服务，但不保证第三方服务始终可用。功能可能因安全、法律或产品维护而更新；涉及付费权益的变更按适用法律和商店规则处理。
5. 责任与消费者权利
在适用法律允许的范围内，phoread 不对机器生成结果、第三方内容或第三方服务中断造成的间接损失负责。本条不排除或限制法律不得排除的责任与消费者权利。
6. 隐私与商店条款
数据处理方式见《隐私政策》。你还须遵守下载及购买所用应用商店的适用条款；iOS 用户同时适用Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议。如本条款与商店强制规则冲突，以该规则为准。

Terms of Use

Please read these terms and explicitly check the agreement box in the app before continuing with actions requiring authorization. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
1. Service
phoread is operated by Shanghai Lingge Manyue Technology Co., Ltd. and provides English-reading tools, pronunciation, definitions, vocabulary review, import, export, sharing, and optional account sync. Machine translation, dictionary, OCR, and speech output are learning aids and may contain errors.
2. Your account and content
Phone, email, Apple or WeChat sign-in and cloud sync are optional. A deletion request starts a 15-day recovery period, after which the account and associated identities, sync data and credentials are permanently deleted. Account deletion does not replace cancellation in the app store.
Protect your account and device, and ensure that you have the right to import, process, read, and share content. Do not use phoread to infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, attack services, or violate applicable law. You may export account data and request account deletion in the app.
3. Pro membership and in-app purchases
- Products, local prices, offers, trials, and billing periods are those shown by Apple App Store on iOS/iPadOS, Google Play on Android, or Huawei AppGallery on HarmonyOS NEXT at purchase.
- Auto-renewing memberships renew for the displayed period unless cancelled through the purchasing store before the current period ends.
- Purchase restoration, subscription management or cancellation, and refunds are handled under the rules of the Apple ID, Google account, or HUAWEI ID and store used to purchase.
- Deleting the app or a phoread account does not cancel a store subscription.
4. Third-party services and availability
Some features depend on app stores, identity providers, translation, destination websites, model downloads, or email services. We work to keep phoread available but cannot guarantee third-party services. Features may change for security, legal, or maintenance reasons; paid rights remain subject to applicable law and store rules.
5. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, phoread is not responsible for indirect loss caused by machine-generated results, third-party content, or third-party outages. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Privacy and store terms
See the Privacy Policy for data practices. Applicable terms of the store used to download or purchase also apply; iOS users are additionally subject to Apple's standard EULA. Mandatory store rules control if they conflict with these terms.
